Founder/Owner/Director

Kanika has extensive experience working with diverse populations and has a proven track record of delivering instructional leadership and curriculum, enabling children under her care to excel during their primary school years.​

Kanika has over a decade of experience in the Early Childhood Program. She started her first childcare in Sammamish in 2015 and soon she gained popularity in the community. She understands that each child is unique and they learn best in a playful environment which helps them to think creatively and succeed in this complex and ever-changing world. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business and additionally she has various certifications in early childhood education.

Kanika cherishes spending time with her two boys. She and her husband, Raman, are very active within the community on the Eastside. She enjoys hiking, traveling, adventure sports and spending time with friends and family.
